Director's Shareholding
Further to a recent exercise of options, as announced by the Company on 15 September 2016, Ian Wilson, Chief Executive Officer, has today sold 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 154.69p per share in order to cover the associated exercise costs. Following this sale, Ian Wilson remains interested in 1,479,200 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 5.85 per cent of its issued ordinary share capital.
