Notification of Directors' Interests in the Share Capital of the Company

Transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and their connected persons in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R

GB hereby gives notice that Richard Law (Chief Executive) and Dave Wilson (Group Finance Director) were today awarded options as follows:

·; Richard Law was awarded an option over 400,000 Ordinary 2.5p Shares in Company. The exercise price of the option is 25.75 pence per share and the option will be exercisable (subject to the rules of the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme which include certain performance criteria) between 30 July 2013 and 29 July 2020. Following this notification, Mr Law has options over 1,775,000 Ordinary 2.5p Shares in the Company.

·; Dave Wilson was awarded an option over 400,000 Ordinary 2.5p Shares in Company. The exercise price of the option is 25.75 pence per share and the option will be exercisable (subject to the rules of the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme which include certain performance criteria) between 30 July 2013 and 29 July 2020. Following this notification, Mr Wilson has options over 650,000 Ordinary 2.5p Shares in the Company.
