Grant of options
AdEPT Technology Group plc (AIM: ADT), one of the UK's leading independent providers of managed services for IT, unified communications, connectivity, voice and cloud services, announces that it has granted options to Phil Race, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, over 237,018 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This grant of options form part of the remuneration package agreed under the employment terms for Phil Race following his appointment as CEO on 20 December 2018.
The options have an exercise price of 333 pence, being the closing mid-market price on 31 December 2019, and will vest three years after the date of issue. Following the grant of options, Phil Race holds options over 474,036 Ordinary Shares.
