Directors' dealings - purchase of Shares
On 30 June 2008, Nicholas Adams, Chief Executive of BIOQUELL PLC ("BIOQUELL" or the "Company") informed the Company that he had acquired 20,000 BIOQUELL ordinary shares at an average price of 149p per Share. Following the purchase of these Shares, Mr Adams holds 720,000 Shares, representing approximately 1.7% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
On 30 June 2008, Simon Constantine, a non executive director of BIOQUELL, informed the Company that he had acquired 26,000 BIOQUELL ordinary shares at an average price of 150.5p per Share. Following the purchase of these Shares, Mr Constantine holds 456,000 Shares, representing approximately 1.0% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
