The Company announces that it was notified on 14 March 2012 that Richard Tice, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 608.31 pence per Ordinary Share on 13 March 2012.

Following this transaction, Mr Tice's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 259,732 Ordinary Shares (0.58%).
