Christie Group PLC15 June 2006 15 June 2006 Christie Group plc ('the Company') Director / PDMR Shareholding The Company was notified on the 14 June 2006, in accordance with the provisionsof section 198-202 of the Companies Act 1985, that Mr. Chris Day, a Director ofthe Company on the 13 June 2006 purchased 5,000 ordinary shares at a price of135.5 pence per share and the following day purchased a further 7,800 ordinaryshares at a price of 138 pence per share in the Company. Following this purchase Mr. Day holds 464,469 ordinary shares in Christie Groupplc, representing approximately 1.85 per cent of the Company's issued sharecapital.
