Notification of Transactions of Director/Person Discharging Managerial
Responsibility
The Company announces that it received notification on 22 March 2012 that Mark Seligman, a director has acquired an interest in 15,000 ordinary shares of the Company through the purchase of shares by his wife, Louise Seligman. The shares were acquired on 22 March 2012 at 296.1 pence per share.
Following the transaction, Mr Seligman has a beneficial interest in 15,000 ordinary shares of the Company.
