16 June 2008 GEONG International Limited ("GEONG" or "the Company") Directors Dealings
GEONG International Limited (AIM: GNG), the AIM listed, China based provider of enterprise content management (ECM) software and solutions, was today notified by Henry Hak-Yan Tse, Chairman, that he has purchased 47,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 60p per share. Mr Tse now holds 3,703,673 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 11.74% of the issued ordinary share capital of GEONG International Limited's 31,537,032 ordinary shares of 1p each.
