DEALING BY DIRECTOR
SDI, the AIM quoted group focused on the application of digital imaging technology to the needs of the scientific community, was notified today that Ann Simon, non-executive director of the Company, purchased 8,348 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company on 11 December 2012 at 14.75p per share. Following this transaction Ann Simon holds a total of 8,348 shares which represents approximately 0.04% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
