The Company announces, in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1) that the following senior managers of the Company exercised Unapproved Share Options issued under the Record plc Share Scheme on 27 July as detailed below. The Company was notified of this acquisition yesterday.

The Company was notified of this disposal yesterday.
