Exercise of LTIP options:
On 9 October 2009, the following Directors exercised options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("ordinary shares"), granted to them on 14 September 2006 pursuant to the Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC Long Term Incentive Plan (the LTIP). Each participant paid an exercise price of £1:

The exercise of the LTIP options were subject to the achievement of performance conditions which were satisfied in full.
All Directors (other than Simon Evans) have sold sufficient shares (acquired pursuant to the LTIP exercise) in order to fund the resulting tax liability.

The following Directors/PDMR were yesterday granted options pursuant to the Dechra Pharmaceuticals Save As You Earn Scheme:
