On 1 April 2010, 58,693 Shares awarded to Wolfhart Hauser on 10 April 2007 under the Intertek Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP") vested and were retained.

On 28 April 2010, a further 9,566 Shares awarded to him on 10 April 2007 under the DBP vested.

On 28 April 2010, he exercised 3,277 options granted on 7 April 2005 under the Intertek 2002 Approved Share Option Plan and 40,429 options granted on 7 April 2005 under the Intertek 2002 Unapproved Share Option Plan each at an option price of 778p per share.

On 28 April 2010 he sold 51,258 Shares at a price of 1481.0594p per share to compensate for tax liability incurred from vesting of DBP shares.

On 28 April 2010 he transferred 30,000 shares to a Connected Person, his wife, Susanne Hauser.

The percentage of the issued share class acquired was 0.037% on 1 April 2010 and 0.033% on 28 April 2010. The percentage of the issued class disposed of was 0.032%

His total holding following notification is 87,677 shares and his total percentage holding is 0.055%. All of the transactions took place in London.
