Director/PDMR Shareholding
Kerry Group plc ("Kerry") announces today that it has been notified by Mr. Gerard O'Hanlon, Director, that he has pledged 11,501 shares of EUR12.5 cent each in Kerry to a financial institution as security against a personal loan facility.
Other than as disclosed above Kerry has not been notified of any other arrangements whereby a Director/PDMR or connected party has granted security over shares in Kerry.
