Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs)
Diploma PLC (the "Company") has been notified that on 14 January 2026, Ian El-Mokadem, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 500 ordinary shares in the Company through an investment account in which Ian El-Mokadem and his spouse are beneficiaries. Following this transaction, Ian El-Mokadem and his spouse together hold 1,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
The Company has also been notified that on 14 January 2026, Katie Bickerstaffe, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 352 ordinary shares in the Company. Following this transaction, Katie Bickerstaffe's total shareholding is 1,869 ordinary shares.
