Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PMDR")or Connected Persons
This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).
On 1st April 2009, Hargreaves Lansdown plc received notification that Mr Lee Gardhouse, a PMDR, sold a total of 82,673 ordinary shares at a price of 202p per share. He then repurchased 82,673 ordinary shares at a price of 202.03p per share within his SIPP.
Mr Gardhouse's resultant share holding has not changed as a result of these transactions and is currently 1,060,161 ordinary shares representing 0.22% of issued share capital.
Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above PMDR transactions. The transactions took place in Bristol on 1st April 2009.
