DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate Plc (LSE: KWE), an LSE listed property company that invests in direct real estate and real estate loans in Europe, was today notified that, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, Mary Ricks purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 24 August 2015 at an average price of £11.697 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mary Ricks is interested in 100,916 Ordinary Shares representing 0.074 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
