 CPPGroup Plc (the Company) has received notification that Charles Henry Gregson, Non Executive Chairman of the company has purchased in total 16,000 Ordinary shares in the company at a price of 305 pence per share on the 14 March 2011. This brings his total holdings in the company to 157,873 Ordinary shares representing 0.09% of the company's current share capital.
