Schroders plc was notified on 13 March 2014 that on 10 March the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) of Schroders plc had acquired Schroders plc ordinary shares of £1 each, with voting rights attached, as a result of a monthly non-discretionary purchase of shares under the Company's Share Incentive Plan:
