European Motor Hldgs PLC26 May 2006 EUROPEAN MOTOR HOLDINGS plc NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTORS' SHARE OPTIONS On 26 May 2006, options over 100,000 ordinary shares of 40p in European MotorHoldings plc were granted to each of Richard Palmer and Ann Wilson, executivedirectors of the company, in accordance with the Rules of the European MotorHoldings plc 2001 Non-Approved Share Option Scheme. The options are exercisablein the period 26 May 2009 to 25 May 2016 at a price of 398.25p per share,assuming achievement of the performance criteria of the scheme. Following these grants of options Mr Palmer now holds options over a total of615,000 ordinary shares in the company and Miss Wilson holds options over965,000 ordinary shares in the company.
