Director/PDMR Shareholding
On 4 October 2017, Telit issued to its senior, but not board, executive tier and other key employees options over its ordinary shares 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") and Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") under the Telit 2015 Employee Share Plan (the "Plan"). On 4 October 2018, 540,000 of these RSUs automatically vested pursuant to the terms of the RSUs, and accordingly on that date beneficial ownership over these 540,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") transferred to these employees. Of these employees, the following have subsequently assumed the position of Director or PDMR. Details of their dealings are disclosed below:
