Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities or Connected Persons.
The Company received notification on 4 March 2011 that Mr Jamie Hopkins, Non Executive Director, acquired 39,110 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, at a price of 25.25p on the same day.
As beneficial holder, Mr Hopkins holds 39,110 ordinary shares in the Company, such holding representing 0.003% in the Company's issued share capital.
The Company's issued share capital as at 4 March 2011 was 1,152,731,338.
