The Company was informed on 23 September 2015 that on that day The Trustees of the Ice Blue Directors Pension Scheme purchased 31,492 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 85 pence per share.

John Alastair Irvine is a Director of the Company and is a trustee and beneficiary of the Ice Blue Directors Pension Scheme.

Following this transaction The Trustees of the Ice Blue Directors Pension Scheme hold 2,643,852 shares in the Company, which represent 1.44% of the ordinary shares in the Company.
