St. Modwen Properties PLC (the "Company") announces that, on 13 April 2021, Sarwjit Sambhi, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired a total of 226 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 416.74 pence per Share through the reinvestment of the Company's final dividend for the year ended 30 November 2020.
