Ladbrokes plc (the "Company") was informed today that Lee Drabwell, Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, sold 2,872 ordinary shares of 28⅓ pence each in the Company on 25 April 2016 at 119.61 pence. 

The transaction was completed on the London Stock Exchange.

This notification is made in accordance with Paragraph 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
