Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
On 6 May 2014, the Company was notified that, Philippe Tible, a person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR') exercised awards granted under the Kingfisher Incentive Share Scheme ('KISS') in 2011.
Mr. Tible sold the shares detailed in the table below on 6 May 2014 at a price of 423.8 pence per ordinary share.
