Goals Soccer Centres PLC08 March 2007 Goals Soccer Centres plc (the "Company") Directors Shareholding The Company was informed on 8 March 2007 that Bill Gow and his wife had sold204,427 and 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p respectively on 7 March 2007,representing 0.5% per cent. of the ordinary share capital of the Company at aprice of 340p per ordinary share. Following this sale Bill Gow and persons connected to him are interested in1,450,000 ordinary shares, representing 3.5 per cent. of the ordinary sharecapital of the Company, all of which are held beneficially.
