ITV PLC16 March 2007 16 March 2007 ITV plc Deferred Share Award Plan (the Plan) Awards made under the Plan - 15 March 2007 On 15 March 2007 a number of executives and a director of ITV plc were grantedawards over ordinary shares of the Company under the Plan based on theachievement of performance targets in respect of the period from 1 January 2006to 31 December 2006. The director of the Company received awards in the form ofnil cost options as set out below, which, under the Rules of the Plan can notexercised by him until 31 December 2007 (50%) and 31 December 2008 (50%). On 16 March2007 the Trustee sold sufficient shares at 105.75p per share to satisfy incometax and national insurance liabilities and the balance were retained by theparticipants.
