Director shareholding

The Board of Murgitroyd announces that it received notification on 16 February 2011 that, as part of personal tax planning, Dr Christopher G Greig, non-Executive Director of the Group, sold a total of 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Group, at a price of 330p per ordinary share, on 15 February 2011. Following the sale, Dr Greig no longer has an interest in the ordinary shares in the Group.
