Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it was informed today that David Durant, Planning and Design Director, transferred 3,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 10 December 2013 to a member of his family for nil consideration. Mr. Durant now has a beneficial interest in 1,264,404 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.15% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
