Big Technologies plc, the UK-based remote people monitoring technology company, announces that it was notified on 16 October 2023 that Sara Murray, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on the 16 October 2023 at a price of £1.95 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Ms Murray holds 73,100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 25.15% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
