The Company announces that Paul Withers, a non-executive director of the Company, today purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of Devro ("Shares") at a price of 2.856435 pounds sterling per share.

Following the above transaction, Mr Withers now holds an interest of 20,000 ordinary shares in the company.
