Avesco (AIM: AVS) was notified on 10 September 2013 that, on that day, its Chairman, Richard Murray, acquired 15,005 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 200p per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Richard Murray is interested in 5,508,211 Ordinary Shares, representing 21.2% of the Company's voting rights.
