Notification of Transaction by Director

Tarsus announces that it was notified on 17 August 2012 that on 14 August 2012, a SIPP managed on behalf of Douglas Emslie, Group Managing Director, purchased 2,300 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") of the Company at a price of 173.25p per share.

Douglas Emslie's interest in Tarsus Shares now totals 896,130 Shares, representing approximately 0.94 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
