Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that on 17 November 2015, Daksh Gupta, CEO, acquired 5,798 ordinary shares of 64p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 175p per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase of these 5,798 Ordinary Shares, Mr Gupta has an interest in 693,510 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.90 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
