Significant Shareholding
The Company has been informed that Norman M. Phipps, a significant shareholder and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has transferred 7,026,305 common shares of US$0.59446 each in the Company ("Common Shares") to his wife for estate planning purposes.
His total beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 14,052,610 Common Shares, which represents 5.02 per cent. of the total issued share capital and voting rights.
