R.E.A. Holdings plc ("REA")
Notification of transactions by a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and connected persons
It was announced on 28 October 2010 that placees have been procured for 9,000,000 new 9 percent cumulative preference shares of £1 each ("new preference shares") in REA at 100p per share conditional upon such shares being admitted to the standard listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.
REA announces today that on 29 October 2010 it received notification that Mr R E Landon, a PDMR, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority, was allotted in London 58,000 new preference shares upon admission of such shares becoming effective.
