Big Yellow Group PLC23 March 2006 Big Yellow Group PLC For immediate release Director's shareholding Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that James Gibson and Adrian Lee,Executive directors of the Company, both exercised options to acquire 27,000Ordinary Shares at 102 pence per share on Wednesday 22nd March. These optionswere granted to them under the Big Yellow Group PLC Approved Share Option Planon 15th May 2002. Following these transactions, Mr Gibson's total holding in the Company is2,613,000 shares, representing 2.54% of the issued share capital of the Companyand Mr Lee's total holding in the Company is 818,880 shares, representing 0.80%of the issued share capital of the Company.
