NOTIFICATION OF A TRANSACTION BY A PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR") IN ORDINARY SHARES OF 10 53/66p EACH IN THE COMPANY ("Shares")

On 26 April 2016, the Company was notified that John Martin, a Director and PDMR, transferred 5,797 shares on 26 April 2016 to his spouse, Claire Martin, for nil consideration.
