The Company has been advised that on 13 December 2016, Simon Bax, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 2,250 shares at £7.1477p per share and his spouse, Briony Bax, purchased 2,250 shares at £7.1477p per share.

Following the acquisition, Mr Bax's beneficial interest in the Company's shares is 11,500 Ordinary Shares.
