The Company announces that Peter Woicke, a director, has notified the Company that he acquired an interest in a further 5,000 ordinary shares on 26 May 2010 at an average price of £25.80 per share. His total interest is now 10,177 shares.

The notification of this transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
