This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 21 August 2013, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) received notification that Stephen Ford, a Director, has today paid up nil paid shares totalling 4,597 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 217.5p each pursuant to the Company's Senior Employee Matching Purchase Scheme June 2007 Nil paid award grants.

His resultant holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company is 195,111 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.0715% of the total issued share capital of the Company, and the total number of shares over which options are held by him is 343,874.
