Charles Stanley Group PLC13 October 2006 Charles Stanley announces that the Trustees of the Charles Stanley ShareIncentive Plan acquired on 13 October 2006, 4,753 ordinary shares in thecompany for the participants of the Charles Stanley Share Incentive Plan. Theprice paid by the participants was 333.85p. These shares will be used to satisfyemployees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their September pay.
