Non-Executive Chairman buys 1m shares
MyHealthChecked plc (AIM:MHC), the consumer home-testing healthcare company, announces that it was notified that on 3 August 2022 Adam Reynolds, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased a total of 1,000,000 (one million) ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.7 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Adam Reynolds' total direct and indirect interest in the Company is 10,513,293 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.35% of the Group's total issued share capital.
The Notification of Dealing Form required in accordance with UK MAR is set out below.
