NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST PURSUANT TO DTR 3.1.2 OF THE DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY RULES

Capital & Regional plc ("the Company") was notified on 21 March 2012 that Xavier Pullen, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, completed the implementation of a Pension Sharing Order on 21 March 2012 and his beneficial holding in the Company is now 1,864,853 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares"), representing approximately 0.005% of the Company's issued share capital.

Prior to this transaction, Xavier Pullen's holding was 2,796,181 Shares.
