Stewart Barrie
The Company was informed today that Stewart Barrie has purchased 10,000 Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 219.95 pence per share. The purchase took place on 3 May 2023.
Following this transaction Stewart Barrie's beneficial holding is 43,016 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.02% of the Company's share capital.
