Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)
M&G plc announces that on 12 October 2023, options were granted to certain PDMRs under the M&G plc November 2023 Sharesave Plan with an exercise price of £1.63.
The options have an associated savings contract start date of 1 November 2023 and are exercisable from 1 November 2026 to 30 April 2027 for the three-year plan, and from 1 November 2028 to 30 April 2029 for the five-year plan.
The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail.
