Director Shareholding
Wey Education plc ("Wey" or the "Company"), the online educational services group, has been informed that on 13 May 2019, Jacqueline Daniell (Chief Executive Officer) and Barry Nichols-Grey (Executive Director - Finance) bought 1,333 shares and 83,633 shares at a price of 7.5 pence per share and at an average price of 6.62 pence per share respectively. The Company has also been informed that on 14 May 2019, Tony Knowles (Executive Director - HR) bought 133,186 shares at a price of 7.5 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Nichols-Grey's and Mr Knowles' holdings in the Company increased to 83,633 shares and 133,186 shares, representing 0.06% and 0.10% of the Company's issued share capital respectively. Mrs Daniell and her husband hold 13,066,490 shares in the Company following the purchase, representing 10.00% of the Company's issued share capital.
