Maxim Basov, a member of the Board of Directors of ROS AGRO PLC and the CEO of Rusagro Group of Companies, in July has bought 130 thousand of GDRs of ROS AGRO PLC. As the result of transaction, current stake of Maxim Basov in the Company is 7.2%.
