Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been informed that on 9th May 2019 Chris Rollason, a Non-Executive Director of Global Investment Strategy UK Ltd, the wholly owned subsidiary of Octagonal Plc, purchased 200,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 1.59 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr Rollason's total shareholding in the Company is now 350,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
