Director/PDMR Shareholding
Tate & Lyle PLC (the ‘Company’) has been informed that Olivier Rigaud, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, today exercised options to acquire 13,100 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (‘Shares’) at an option price of 325.00 pence per Share under the Tate & Lyle Executive Share Option Scheme. All Shares were sold at 681.50 pence per Share on the London Stock Exchange.
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
